REFUND REFUSAL

Purchased a treadmill deck on 4/27....Item claimed to be in stock. Now, 4 days later, it is on backorder. I was told I would have to wait for the product to eventually arrive (whenever the hell that is) and then (at my expense) send the item back and wait for a refund???

This is a large item that incurs a heavy shipping cost....This is an item that is OUT OF STOCK and hasn't even been picked yet....

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

You want to play games, fine....I will call my credit card issuer and file a claim with them.

It is no wonder Sears is on it's last leg....
