AFter weeks of trying to resolve a problem with a power washer through Sears and their repair shop I forwarded the following letter to them. And no refund was given. I had a terrible problem for over 3 weeks trying to get a response to my complaint.Finally after sending the attached letter I got an immediate reply, and it wasn't in my favor. I now have no power washer and it wasn't repaired and I'm out 149.20 for first repair. Then they wanted $400 to fix another problem, I only paid $250.00 for the power washer new.
