Very rude treatment from manager at the Kmart store in New Castle PA .Lawrence village plaza.!
Was awarded shoppers coupons at the Kmart Pharmacy, and was told at the store check out that they have already been used. I felt accused and did not get the coupon redeemed. My purchase was with the intent of using said coupon and was refused so I feel cheated.
After checking my rewards card numbers I discovered that my points at the Pharmacy was credited to someone else.
