Was scheduled a service appointment between 3pm and 6pm and technician never showed up nor gave a courtesy call
Technician ordered the part for my washing machine, He set the appointment 1 week away from that date. The part arrived 3 days later i called to get an earlier date but was told there were 2 parts. I was told by the receptionist that the other part will arrive on the same date as the technician is scheduled to come so she said she had to reschedule for the following date 8/24/2018 between 3pm and 6pm and was told a technician will call upon arrival as he did before! I was asked by my Supervisor earlier that day to work overtime for swing shift 3pm to 12am due to someone calling out sick which would have paid me time and a half but i refused because I needed my washer repaired and the schedul was set for the technician to come out! I called 3 times today to confirm that the technician was still coming out and the appointment time was still set on the third call around 6:34pm the appointment time was not mentioned, I spoke with a receptionist and he wa really rude and said the technician cancelled and meant to call me but did not and my next appointment will be on 8/29/18 and did not give me a time I asked for an earlier date he said thats
Is the earliest, i asked to speak with a Supervisor he said he is the only person I can talk to until I kept requesting to speak with a Supervisor he finally put someone else on the line who did not present his name just the man in charge which was also rude and did not help at all. I am upset by the way both employees handled the situation. I asked if the technician can come tomorrow or Monday and both said no and repeated August 29th with no expected time given! I asked the Supervisor for a compliant phone number or email address and he told me this is a complaint number and to call the same number back. I told him I need something better than that he kept repeating call this number back and by me not giving up he finally gave me this website

can you please help me to get an earlier appointment possible I can understand if I left my home and missed my appointment. I would have appreciated it if I would have at least gotten a courtesy call so that I could have responded back to my Supervisor and went in to work to get that extra money. I fill I was wrongfully treated by both parties the technician for not having the decency as to give me a courtesy call and both receptionist for being rude, cold and no since of understanding for my frustration at that time! I apologize for such a long letter and appreciate your time for reading it! I'm just so disappointed in Sear at this moment. Thank you again.
