I placed an order for two dresses and a petticoat from Seasonmall.com on 3/4/2012. I heard from them promptly about measurement questions and stated that they could get me this by April 5, 2012. I waited till the following week to contact them and received a generic response about a high volume season, temporary fabric delay, and time needed for delicate work on the dress. Again they asked when it could be sent and said I needed it immediately. I waited another week as they said they would send them out in 3-10 days. That time passed and I contacted them again. After several attempts, I finally heard back and they suggested that I cancel my order as the 14th was too urgent of a date to send the dresses. I recieved this message on the 23rd. I have not heard back if I would receive a refund but their website states that if I cancel after 3 days of payment confirmation I will only receive back the cost of shipping.

The paypal dispute time has gone by so I am now putting together the materials for the credit card I used...they said they can dispute the charges through the fraud department.

DO NOT SHOP AT SEASONMALL! They do not respond and when they do reply, they do not meet their own deadlines. I hope that the dispute doesnt take long to resolve so that I can receive the credit and order from a local company. I have learned a lesson about shopping online!
