I really wish I had found this site before placing my order with Seasonmall.com last week. So now I feel like I just dumped $200 down the drain and I am trying to figure out where to turn next. I just tried to "Live Chat" on the site, and that turns out to be an email submission...so much for that! My only saving grace may be that I paid with PayPal. If you try to dispute the payment within 45 days to the retailer, without satisfaction, there may be a claim. Ugh!
I will post my result...hopefully it will be positive!!!

I was really hesitant to buy dress from seasonmall.com in the first, but it was the best prchase ever. my husband love it, The gown i received was beautiful and at reasonable price.
This time my wedding again going to oversea so my husband want me to get another dress so again i thought about Seasonmall. Can't wait to see my dress next week, i'm so excited.

I have also had a similar bad experience with Seasonmall. I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from them which I just received a few days ago. The workmanship on the bodice of the dress is no where similar to the picture they used to advertise the dress. Their picture shows the bodice to have many fine pleats/ruching. However, the dresses that I received had big, fat, thick and coarse pleats. This might be fine for some, but it was not the style I had wanted. Furthermore, one dress didn't even have the pleats stitched down to the bodice and just has fabric hanging loose!

I have emailed them the pictures as proof of the discrepancy between their advertised product and what they actually delivered. They simply said "it is hard to guarantee all the pleats as well as details exactly the same as the one in the picture, thanks for your understanding". And have made no attempts to remedy their faults. Extremely dispapointing. Very poor customer service here.
