Fake goods

I brought a prada purse from secretsales.com. It is clearly a fake: poorly made, with a bit a material hanging. It would not pass as highstreet purse, certainly not A Prada! I sent it back straight away, 2 weeks, no reply, no refund. I just wonder how they can get away with this????!!!!!
