Bought a 'Versace' bag from this company - only wish I have researched better and found this complaints website first. It arrived looking like the picture it was advertised as, however, I could tell almost immediately that this could certainly not be an authentic Versace bag, even though it had a label on the front - there was no label inside indicating what it was made from; it was supposed to be leather, more like PU. The lining was a very cheap looking material and certainly didn't have the logo'd lining you would expect from a designer brand. The overall quality of the stitching was rubbish - also the outer finishing, ie. the removal of ends of thread, hadn't been inspected, as you would also expect from a designer label. It had no tags whatsoever, no other branding detail as you would expect and no makers numbers to refer to to prove its authenticity. I had returned it for a full refund (I had to pay return postage however). If you read the wording the clever wording on the front Home page of their website, they claim to be an Outlet, yet as you will notice, as others have, all these products are coming from China - they are complete and utter fake. They are not accountable to anyone, it seems, and they should be stopped. My next email is to Trading Standards.
