Finally, today I have received my goods after much anticipation. Took 3 wks for delivery. I ordered what was meant to be designer jewellery by Amrita Singh. I never heard of her before. I just opened the packages. I can't tell you how much I'm disappointed. I feel cheated & fooled. I could have got better quality from my local flee market. I should have known it's too good to be true. Thought I got an absolute bargain - boy was I wrong!!! The pictures looked amazing on the website. For years I have been receiving emails from secret sales but never had the time to search through. I was poorly and bed ridden so decided to have a look and The reviews I read were good.
I want to send the items back, but from what I have read, getting a refund is an impossible task. Please can someone give me advice. I'm old school and I hope we see the end of online shopping. What with hacking of personal data and bogus companies.
I don't blame Secret Sales its the retailers who use their website to sell their trash. Complaints about Groupon on Watchdog recently, same issues. It's a common occurrence now. People lets do shopping the old fashioned way, let our feet do the talking & keep our local traders and shopping precincts open
