I ordered just under £100 worth of goods from Secretsales.com on 16 February and paid by Amazon Pay. At that date the estimated delivery date was 'between 8 and 24 March'. When 24 March had passed I chased Secretsales.com who appeared not to be aware of the delay in the order. They could not provide any explanation or possible timeframe for an explanation, and absolutely no information whatsoever on a likely delivery timeframe for the goods, despite having taken the money. They wrote to me on 1 April stating that they had had delays in delivery of the goods from their supplier. In spite of this, they continued to advertise the exact same goods for sale! I then heard nothing until 15 April when they eventually wrote to me, saying that the goods would be despatched by 25 April. We are now at 26 April - 10 weeks later - again I have heard nothing, no update and no offer of a refund. Not good eh? A word of warning, this company will take your money and supply goods when they feel like it, or perhaps not supply goods at all! They do not take ownership of the problem and don't offer any solution, just keep you waiting for aeons on the telephone, and repeat excuses. Steer well clear!!!
