We spent $2000 at living spaces. Within a few months the furniture was wearing badly. All of the cushions started to form these fuzz balls all over. The ottoman was horrible. We called and complained and we were told to take pictures of the furniture and email them. However, taking the pictures you could not see the full extent of the wear and tear. So we took the cushions and the ottoman to the store to show them. The customer service guy said he would put in a claim Three days later we still have not heard from anybody so we had to call. Then they send out a technician to take pictures - we still don't' hear from them for three days, we call again and they make arrangements to pick up all of our furniture - so they can repair it. My thing is it' can't be repaired. If they give us a new couch and sofa, and ottoman, with that same fabric the same thing is going to happen. They should just let us reselect. I feel they are just letting the warranty run out and we will be stuck with this nasty furniture.
