I have been out on worker's compensation from a work-related injury. Sedgewick scheduled an independent examination where a Doctor with a 1/5 rating examined me for less than five minutes. Examined nothing around my neck area, which is where the injury is, and bent my arm behind my back in such a way that caused me severe pain and I feel hurt me even more. Now because the Independent Examiner says that I am able to work without restrictions, I am being forced back to work while I am still very much hurt and in pain. Also the Doctor I have been seeing suspects I have a herniated disc in my neck and suggested I get an MRI. Sedgewick will probably not approve it and I will continue to work and hurt myself even more.
