I have been fighting Sedgewick for a year. I had a injury at work. Right on the line. Was treated for shoulder. Once they found out it was not my shoulder. They sent me to their IME Dr. He said degenerative disc and I had a pulled muscle in my shoulder! What a idiot! Told me too follow up with a Spine Dr. Spine Dr said herinated and ruptured my disc. Need surgery. Nerve is trapped! This is insane. I have worked my ass off for 28 yrs at a repetitive job! They are fighting! Saying degenerative. Everyone has that! Pure BS . Has anyone else had to deal with Sedgwick? They are heartless and cold! I have no idea how they can sleep at night! Very sad ☹️
