Im Lewis Valle,I been on WC since "96" &2yrs ago I received a Letter from Adjuster Mrs.Keough in Rancho Cucamonga.Stating they are ready to Settle case(lump sum)release all .Since than Ive been getting the run around from her.I do not have lawyer &most all paperwork is suppose to come to Me.Wc to Dr. Reports.so I go to see strategies on this lastyr. They wer in agreement w/ my Dr. To ween me off my Meds&eventually take me off Meds.after 15 yrs of Meds &4surgeries .Chronic Pain&Diability from Social Securitu also.We All know how hard that is.So, THEIR plan is to take me off meds so I can get a lower Settlement!Its So Obvious.I released my doctor due to these patterns of going along w/ Sedgwich.For the last 2 months Ive been trying to get ahold of Mrs.Keough(Adjuster)& No response .I lefy several messages on hers&her assistants voicemail.No response from either!I continued to adk for Mpn list&to ok my Meds+. after 2 months+/I have No Choice to take my case to Wcab w/ All these Penalties.She must think im stupid?If I dont see results by end of week ill see yall in Wcab.
