This is the second time I have dealt with Sedgwick Workers Compensation and both times have been a nightmare dealing with them. Recently I was injured at my place of employment. I injured my lower back (L3-4-5) and Sedgwick was my compensation company that was supposed to be working for me yet they have been working against me.

My compensation worker Trae Palmer has been the worst experience ever. I have called numerous times left and right and out of the multiple phone calls I have made which I have a record of my attempts, she has called me MAYBE 4 times out the past two months. I was supposed to have an Open MRI Roberta my case worker who is employed by Sedgwick informed me that she would provide all the transportation for myself and she would accompany me to my MRI. Roberta continued to tell me on a Monday, "Let me arrange all the transportation for you. SOMEONE WILL CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR PICK UP DATE AND TIME." No one called to confirm my pick up time, Roberta never called me to let me know it has been arranged and she certainly didn't fill me in on who would be picking me up.

On the day of MRI I still had yet to receive a phone call from Roberta or my transportation and it was one hour before my MRI I called the MRI location and THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT NOT ME! The minute my workers compensation worker Trae Palmer got wind of my appointment being called well she called me for that and not only did she call me for that, she cancelled all my worker compensation checks as well.

Trae Palmer has cut me off from any communication, she has never returned my phone calls and I have called her BEGGING for her to call me back. I have pleaded with her to call me back and she NEVER does. If Trae Palmer is not able to keep up with the growing demands of injuries and the attention we deserve and need then she should not be employed through Sedgwick.

While I was attending my physical therapy, the PT informed me that she never calls back, my works comp doctor informed me she never calls back, my employer informed me she never calls back, the medical assistants at Concentra located in Portland Oregon informed me she never calls back. How is one supposed to be informed of what is going on with their claim if my OWN claims worker never calls me back? The 7 others injured and awaiting PT informed me she never calls back.

So If I am being mistreated by Trae Palmer then how many others is she mistreating and how many others have lost their compensation pay because of her?
