Drove my perfectly running auto into @NTB for oil change and drove out with a tough running engine. Check engine light, failed emissions test. After months of complaints and repair estimate noting mechanic probably revved motor with no oil, the minimum estimate is $2000. NTB Corporate referred to Sedgwick who refused liability. Now they admit the possibility and want engine torn down to failure/what the hell is that-then call so they can send their mechanic to review while engine torn apart. You know he’ll deny any fault and I’ll be responsible for engine tear down and repairs

Ironically, the reviews on this complaint forum are similar to the ones that come into my office, and in part, the basis for the recent fines they were given by the State of California
