Unfair Denial of Benefits & Terrible Client Service

I could not be more disappointed in the lack of fair treatment I have received from Sedgwick. They denied my Short Term Disability claim, and denied my appeal, while stating direct contradictions to the multiple evaluations by my physician. Not only that, but I have called several times to speak with a representative about my case, to no avail. There is never an examiner or supervisor available, and they do not return calls even after I leave descriptive voicemails. Last time I called them, I spent 31 minutes with one claims rep who tried 15 (I repeat 15) times to reach someone in the appeals department. The call terminated when she supposedly transferred me to the Appeals Manager, and the line promptly went dead. I have had it with this company, and I am ready to take legal action.

My name is Jesus Herrera and I have a food poisoning claim against Advance Auto Parts. My claims adjuster is Yarimar Knobler. This staff member is not handling my claim professionally; she is so incompetent that she hasn't yet sent me a Release of Medical Records form and is bias in my case. And all because I'm homeless and am representing myself in this case. She told me the store is not liable in this case without fully investigating this case; yes, she told me that when she finished recording my statement. I told her to make sure the videotapes in that store are preserved to prove that the 3 month expired (food poisoning product)
was purposely placed ontop of the the other 3 unexpired similar products (corn nuts). Attached you will find the complaint I posted about her. I will post things on all social media and even to News Center about this company if I am not compensated soon on account of this food poisoning and mental anguish, etc. I decided not to get a lawyer to see if your company can peacefully and justifiably settle this matter cheaply. Ms.Knobler was abusive to a homeless individual; little did she know who I really am and what I am capable of.
Furthermore, Mrs. Angela Clayborn failed to return my call as she promises to do so on her voicemail. I have read online all posted complaints about your company. I am not faulting you or your company, but the staff.

Incompetence/Injustic

Emails I sent to Angela Clayborn ,and yet she doesnt tell me if she will preserve the video recording for me as I asked her; Advance Auto Parts told that inorder for me to get a copy of the videotape recording I had to go through the claims adjuster.

Oh, I'm going to get more evidence and there won't be no settlement either. In the meantime, I'm requesting you preserve the videotape recording that shows the expired corn nut I bought at Advance Auto Parts being replaced back on the shelf (on purpose) by either an employee there or by a Kraft employee the last time Kraft delivered corn nuts to that store. I already filed a complaint to KraftHeinz about this. I also posted complaints/reviews online about you, Yarimar Knobler, and our dear Dave North who ignored my email. You see, you messed with the wrong one; I don't like injustice and I go all the way to the higherups. Even the news media. How dare you abuse me because I'm a homeless and have no attorney on this case. I didnt get one to go easy on Sedgwick! For now I will attach 2 items.

When you have some evidence to support your claim, please get in touch again. Otherwise, no need to continue your emails and calls. We base claims decisions on facts alone.

staff abuse

Sedgwick's staff members, Yarimar Knobler and her supervisor Angela Clayborn, have treated me unfairly and handled my "food poisoning claim against Advance Auto Parts?Kraft unprofessionally because of the simple fact that they know I'm homeless and have no attorney representing my case; I did'nt hire an attorney to go gentle on Sedgwick. Both of these staff members maliciously and intentionally misinterpreted my emergency room medical records in hope that I drop the claim. How abusive of them, after the terrible pain (physically and mentally) I went through. I nearly had an accident driving to the emergency room with nausea, pain and lightheadiness!.Either Advance Auto Parts or Kraft purposely replaced a 3 month expired bag of corn nuts ontop of the unexpired bags of corn nuts the store had ordered. I'm requesting the videotapes that will prove the employee replacing on the shelf this expired corn nut bag I purchased. Furthermore, Dave North, CEO of Sedgwick, ignored my email to him concerning this complaint. I will post this same issue on all social network and perhaps even present it to the News media.
