Sedgwick has denied my claim because I hired an attorney. Was supposed to see an orthopedic surgeon this coming Friday, I called to verify appointment amd tje Doctor office said "at this time we cannot see you because your claim has been denied because I hired an attorney." So, here I sit with significant injury to my DOMINANT hand/wrist and NO health care. I've delt with Sedgwick 4 years ago and was screwed over then which is why I hired am attorney once I found out they were the work comp people that the company I work for use.
