Having an established WCB case and a long-term patient it's disgusting that they continue to not approve medications by the time they are due.
This happens often and especially to pain meds and those that withdrawals happen with when not taken.
When re-order time is here I have to cut back on my intake so I have some to get through the several days they are late.
I've gone to the rep and her supervisor to no avail.
I called Thursday, since it was due today Saturday, and they Don't Care to approve on time. So I have to wait until Monday hopefully they are approved then.

They say they 'Care' about us all but that's a lie!

I've had to deal with SEDGWICK for some time now as the CMS company that McKesson is using.
Recently I had to go to two IME's where first a nurse and then a pharmacist were given WRONG Rx medication lists by SEDGWICK and also didn't give info about a condition I have that I fought to have added onto my case.
IT seems that, as I'm told by a NYS Agency, that SEDGWICK is not an up n up company, as I see that they may be trying a conspiracy to have my dr discredited and me thrown off BUT their IME Dr is siding with my Dr and me.
I have a major complaint in with the WCB for an investigation into these wrong doings now.
I've been representing myself for a long time and have a 90% win rate against them, they not too happy about that!
