Incompetent management of WC claims

This company is so incompetent they should have their license revoked.
A government agency requested info and they continue to ignore and reject the request. The task is simple, but they are careless and willfully incompetent.
This has been going on for 3 months. They should be banned from ever working in the USA again because they do not follow the rule of law.
