Request of paperwork

A friend of mine asked for help in working with this WC carrier, Sedgwick, because I have experience in handling WC claims.
For two months this has been a uphill battle for something so easy such as a request for documents.

I would be embarrassed to even work for this company cause their morals and incompetence is appalling.

They should have their business license suspended!
