Can't get my medication

After a life changing accident in 2004 I was paired up with Segwick. Things in the beginning was different but not impossible. Now EVERY month when my prescriptions need to be refilled I cant get them! Same medications as the prior approved month. I call and plead with my adjuster and I am always left with no answers and no medication. I have asked for a new adjuster but they will not provide. Why should this company or agent responsible for patients be able to dictate what medications a DOCTOR has prescribed for you and is proven "medically needed". I hate the end of the month so much for this reason. Someone needs to look deeply into this company and its employees this is not the way people should be treated.
