I have a CONTRACT on 169 Garnet Drive Nicholasville since 6-21-16! I have jumped through every hoop with Select! The owners agree to my Contract! Its SELECT that is DRAGGING their feet! It has been 7 months now! Its a SHORT SALE! I am out 500 for Deposit that is in Escrow! 400 for a APPRAISAL!! I anta ANSWER YES OR NO so I can get CLOSED! Or move on!!!!!! There has been CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS against this Company over 500 COMPLAINTS! PLUS ME!! Select since they are dragging thei feet have COST ME my 3.25% INTEREST RATE! If dont get Closed by end of January 2017? I will loose my HOMESTEAD!! Then I will walk AWAY!!! This townhouse has been satting empty over 4 years! No UTILITIES on until I had the APPRAISAL done now off again!!!! The listing agent, my Realtor and me are Angry because what was told would be 30 Days is now 7 months! Just give me a YES or NO! And if No?? Select OWES ME 400 for the APPRAISAL!
