Our mortgage was just transferred to SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING , INC. when we were right in the middle of selling our home. We ordered the payoff and sold our home quickly and smoothly. We received everything from this company, including our original loan paperwork. Everything except the refund of our ESCROW. This company refuses to give us our ESCROW balance. We paid one payment to them before we closed on our house 06/06/2016. They never had to make any insurance or tax payments. I do mortgages, I figured within 4 weeks we would get our ESCROW refunded. NOT the case. It is Aug 15, 2016 and we just get the run around. It's in the mail. It's lost. Now they say we never had an escrow due, it was an overpayment of the mortgage. Who cares, just send me my money. Sick and tired of this company. Do not do business with this company complete scam company. Filed complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That got a phone call to us. But still no check.
