Delay and wrong piza delivery
Hi
Yesterday i ordered piza (one vegi lover regular, one chicken suprim small, one set of chicken wings, one set of garlic bread) on through phone by 8:30 pm to my current address pantai hill park phase 2 bloc b3 floor 07 unit 01, that time piza hut agent told me that it will tae one hour to deliver piza. But till 10 pm there was no any delivery at my home which i ordered earlier. Couple of time i called to check delivery status but all the time i was told that my delivery is on the way, finlay i Lodge complain and asked piza hut ageny to transfer my call to either manager or supervisor but my call was disconnected. After almost 30 minutes i recived call from.piza hut and caller said that she is manager of bungsar piza hut and she said that my piza delivery is on the way which will take next 45 minutes to delivery.
Finaly my order delivered and i paud rm 46.20.
When i opened delivwry packet than i qas shocked bwcause it was conpletly different piza( there was two set of regular piza and one set of garlik bread and one set of pron finger Chips i dont know whether its biff or chiken). Than i immediately called to piza hut and once again i lodge compliance for wrong delivery. Than i was told that they will inform to bungsar piza hut delivery center and either they will deliver another set of piza as per my order or Money will be returned rm(46.20)
But unfortunately neither piza nor my money has been returned
I wiuld realy appreciate if higher management will look into my case and take necessary action.
