It appears something went haywire with my site after 4p.m. yesterday as my messages were not sent / received, nor did I receive messages.

I accodently upgraded a six months subscripfion and only wanted a monthly subscribtion and the company won't change it or refund my money. I asked for a refund the same day they took it off my card, but they were closed on the weekend. I want my refund.

Keep asking for more money each time I send a message. Charging my account without my permission.

Several times, when I checked someone's profile, the system generated a random message to that person. In some instances, gentlemen messaged me, asking why I sent a flirt when I wasn't within their parameters for age or location. It got rather embarrassing. I was in contact with eleven men total in ten months, but I was told by at least three dozen men that I had responded to or initiated a flirt. No harm, no foul; it IS the internet, after all, but there should be some way to disable that feature and also block those (probably fake) faceless profiles that seem to pop up in clusters on this and related sites.
