Service

he service staff Jarrett at Serangoon Branch. The general attitude seems to be less customer-oriented, poor services.

I felt embarrassed that he "threw" my ID card on the table after register purposed. Enquiries are not attended to properly. He also informed that I will not getting benefit for debit card except credit card holder in a aggressive tone. I was being insulted.

The card have been issued but was "Unauthorized Usage" . I have to queue up once again to seek help from other officer. In the end, my account found that been override by other.

I almost took more than two hours for open an account. Worst encountered.
