This claim begin in July 2018. Servpro was hired to remove mold and repair from the water damage. They attempted to remove the mold and repair the damage and Wells Fargo Bank requested proof of the mold removal. Tony at Servpro claim they didn't have a hygienist to give a report. I contacted my insurance agency Ann Hufnell and she provided Susan White the hygienist, the first report was done on 12/19/2018 and the results came back positive. Serprov had already replace the drywall cleaned the rug and painted. Servpro had to repeat the removal until the results numbers were low enough for safety to stay in the home. Wells Fargo Bank returned the check in February after the mold was clear. I gave Servpro $ 4000.00 and then I was told they are requesting another $3000.00 in addition to $ 2052.00 that I still owe them. Ruth at Servpro stated Tony said they are not going to finish the work until they receive the additional $ 3000.00. Then she stated they were going to send me to collections.
