BARANG SAMPAI KAT TANGAN ORANG YG TIDAL DIKENALI

Customer post barang kepada saya . Atas nama sherry, alamat saya. Tapi barang tak sampai pada saya, barang sampai pada orang nama NABILA. Tidak tahu siapa NABILA. Apa harus saya buat untuk dapatkan barang saya???? Why give my parcel to someone yang tak sama nama dengan recipient??? And siapa nak tanggung rugi sekarang?
