Took money out my account

I DID NOT WANT THE ACCOUNT WITH YOU GUYS NOR DID I ASK FOR THE ACCOUNT. I Cancelled it with the email online & you guys still took & charged me 35.00 dollars out of my debit card account . I want my money back & i want it back now!! Please i need my money for my baby. This is not right or fair!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
