AT&T is the most deceitful company I believe there is. I called to try and reduce my business bill and was told they could reduce my phone, internet bill by almost a 100.00 dollars. I was told that I would need to set up a time that they could come because they would have to change out my modem so I did (which the time they gave was between 8 - 8) I set here only for the tech to come and tell me that they were changing my landline to internet phone. Not at all what I was told. Now this is not the only time that this has happened. AT&T also changed my mothers phone who has Alzheimer's to a internet phone now she cannot make a call if the power goes out. They are just not a good company to work with and I have been with AT&T for about 40 years.
