Delay of sorting parcel

My item is already arrived at shamelin poslaju branch but they delay the delivery service,they never scanned the parcel to make it look like stuck at National mail center shah alam,they told me that my item is not ready yet to be ship out for delivery,WTH!!!!please @CEO poslaju check this matter!!!my tracking number is EN003405265MY
