Poor service for HI sense refrigerator

We had purchased a HI sense refrigerator RT 533 NATS Top Mount from Sharif DG - Ramli Mall.
After 3 months the refrigerator stopped working and the same was informed to the service support Sharif DG, after taking more than the weeks’ time the service representative came three times but was not able to repair the refrigerator and then he decide to take the refrigerator to service center, the refrigerator was brought back after one month after we had approached Sharif DG physically.
Now again the same refrigerator has developed fault and in the same way they have taken again it to their service center.
If there is some manufacturing issue with this refrigerator why they cannot replace this as we have been made to suffer a lot due to delayed service.
Invoice of the item is attached with this complaint for necessary action.
