wrong tank inside

We bought a Shark vacuum in Walmart on 3.8.2019. Once we got it home and opened it the tank inside was dirty and was a Dirt Devil tank. We tried to return the vacuum however the store said they all come in sealed so it was not their fault and would not refund or exchange the vacuum. This was in the Benbrook Tx store. What are we to do if neither you nor Walmart honors your product?
