Yes they know all about it I ended up at second and 3rd° burns when I contact the company their behavior is kind of nice nasty they are more interested in protecting themselves than hearing about the fact that I've been irreparably burned and I can't buy make up that will cover all my scarring on my face nor could I go and have a mammogram but almost a year because of the blisters on my chest and is embarrassing to have the mammogram because of all the marks scars that's left that is just a little of what happened to me I am depressed about it sad and I don't even want to go outside because I just don't look like a used to . Shark just doesn't care and you're doing your best to avoid a lawsuit so the pretending like it's isolated incident everybody that causing it or they're just plain rude I am so upset.
