No Technical Support

On March 20,2018 I purchased a 32-inch Sharp Roku TV. Recently, I started getting an error message on the top of the screen. Which said "Not Connected". I had to do a total reset of the TV. (After 3 hours I FINALLY got the TV "connected" to the internet). But now July 14, 2018, it's starting up again....losing connectivity. I contacted SharpUSA. They informed me that they do not supply Technical Support. I'd have to find a TV Service that dealt with this situation. Or bring it back to Best Buy. Best Buy informed me that......due to the size of the TV, I'd have to bring it into the store. (Which means I'd have to get help un-mounting it from the wall ). I also contacted my ISP (ATT), but their Technical Support is VERY limited in knowledge. So, either I bring it back to Best Buy and exchange it for another model TV. And hope that this problem doesn't re-occur. If this were my PC, I'd know how to solve the problem . Anyone seeing this post have any advice ? garystan
