wait time for a simple question

I CALLED LAST NIGHT ABOUT 5PM; RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT WAIT TIME WAS QUITE LONG (35/45 MINUTES AND SUGGESTION WAS MADE TO LEAVE NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK; I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL LAST NIGHT; SO I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING....STILL NO CALL BACK; THEN AGAIN AT NOON...STILL NO CALL BACK; THEN I CALLED AT ABOUT 12:30PM, AND PUT PHONE ON SPEAKER, AND WAITED....AND WAITED....AND WAITED...ALMOST 2 HOURS...THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE; HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF AN "EXPRESS LINE"...I WANTED TO KNOW HOW I COULD GET MY REMOTE EXCHANGED...
FRIENDS ARE TELLING ME THAT THE TELUS SERVICE IS EXCELLENT...WE'VE BEEN SHAW CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS, AND I've NEVER THOUGHT OF CHANGING...BUT NOW...I MAY LOOK INTO IT...
