(1)Ever since I've moved into my apartment in 2008 I've been being harass by two neighbor's apt#5D Evelyn Bell &#3C Phil and Sherry,with the most unbearable noises.Bell however is my most main concern,she has displayed jealousy & envy,that has her on a daily basis from 2008 and still today literally pounding on the walls and floors with loud hard objects & dragging furniture across the floors.Bell does this all evening, into the night,& early in the morning.Everyday & night.Ive been complaining to management & the borough office for years, recent as weeks months ago.Ive requested from management documents from when I first moved here & began complaining to them for my proof this isn't anything new.Also I had mediation in the psa1 precinct back in 2008, it 2009 with 4D when I assumed it was them,however it was then learned,it was indeed bell.Management has yet to provide me with that document as well.The precinct has nothing in the system from that far back,saying the system don't keep information from that far back.Officers have not taken the accusations serious since at no time.Bell and I have had countless verbal altercations because of this,and I'm doing everything not to be violent,however knowing she's the reason I barely get sleep,scares me when I see her,because my soul wants to snap.Shes making this noise maliciously, unjustified,and as it continues to escalate for the worse lives are endangered by the seconds each time we see each other.In her eyes it shows a game,and in my eyes it shows the grave.I have every right to peace,I bother no one.management I feel has not done things according because they have failed me in many aspects,along with this issue that I refuse to let go,so they are allowing for it to escalate hoping I'll commit a crime and their worries of them being exposed corrupt will go away.Ive requested the precinct to get involved,and them as well have yet to serve any diciplinary anything upon bell as of yet.Ive contacted the board members at 250 Broadway numerous of times and have yet to hear from them also
