It is common knowledge that Paul C. Shepard and his firm Shepard Strategic Communications of Silver Springs, MD have been the subject of an investigation re kiddie porn for quite a while going back to Shepard's time with the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The FBI trail involves Shepard's dealing in kiddie porn by obtaining X-rated films of kids in Puerto Rico and brought into the U.S. which he says are art films because the kids are not U.S. citizens and they were not filed in the U.S. which is questionable.

Shepard is dealing in filth which harms of society and the likes of Jared Fogle (of Subway infame) must be stopped.
