PARCEL STUCK AND NO UPDATED

Parcel saya dah almost 2 weeks dekat pusat mel nasional. Kenapa tak update sejak 6/4. Apa guna lah bayar postage kalau lambat2 macam ni? Baik saya guna pos domestik biasa jee. Haih call pun tak boleh. Barang yang kemudian order pun dah sampai dulu! Pls fix this problem!

barang dah sampai miri lepas tu item dispatch out dah n then barang korang hantar balik pos laju kenapa???
address aku tak pernah gagal laa..aku tiap2 bulan order barang pos tak pernah pon gagal address..EN877210325MY mane perginye barang aku weyhh😫
