I ordered a back panel for my mobile Lenovo a6000 on 31st dec. 16. It was delivered very late and the quality of the product was poor. Also the product was unfit for my mobile. So i returned the product. During the returning process i clearly mentioned that the refund should be done in the same mode as it was purchased, i.e., through debit card. But the amount was refunded as clues bucks. I complained about it 2-3 times and they also accepted to transfer the amount from clues bucks to my bank account. But from 14th jan 17 till today they hadn't done so.
so i request you to look after it and make them transfer my amount from clues bucks to my bank account asap.
