Unauthorize payments

SHOP NOW PAY PLAN keeps charging me $14.95 each month even though I have not purchased anything , Lately I have Purchase At Dr.Leonard and payed by check, was still charge a monthly fee. I want to Cancel all my dealings with SHOP NOW PAY PLAN but they won't let me. I've tried to me double the next month.settle the issue with out success. If I don;t make the payment they charge
