duplicate item delivered

Sir, I ramu chakraborty purchased a 3G Nokia C5-03 from shopomaxx.com vide Order No. #BOO11278887101 dated 09 Apr 17. On 13 Apr 17 I received the set with no bill, charger dupplicate ie not charging the set. Request change the set with full accessories otherwise refund the full amount as the company itself is a fraud one.
