I noticed on my latest credit card statement that £10 per month has been deducted from my account. I telephoned the credit card company and was told it was a direct debit. I did not authorise this and would like my money back it has been going on now for several months.
There is also another direct debit for £7.00 for technical support. I did not authorise this payment either.
I have instructed my credit card provider to cancel these payments but I demand a refund as it has been happening for several months.
