Unauthorised debit of my credit card

I have just discovered on checking my credit card statement that three payments of £10.00 (1 in November and 1 in December from
My Time Rewards) and 1 in December from Shopper Discount have been debited to my credit card. I know nothing about this and most certainly did not join or authorise these "companies". It seems to me like a scam particularly as I have just read similar stories from others in this regard.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO OBTAIN MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN I MOST CERTAINLY HAVE NOT MADE THEM AVAILABLE. CAN ANYONE ANSWER. I AM SO FURIOUS.
