I have just noticed that SHOPPER DISCOUNT have been taking a £10 direct debit from my account every month for nearly the last year!
I do not even know what this is, or how they have accessed my details. I have never used their services. I
am in contact with RBS to have these transactions stopped IMMEDIATELY and I hope to receive my money BACK!

This is a scam and in my eyes illegal and stealing money from my account without my consent and permission.

I have emailed the so called 'team' to cancel whatever form of membership they think i have with them.

This is appalling and I WILL be taking this further until my money is back and I am fully compensated.
