unauthorised deductions from my account for several years. Whilst paying online at M & M Direct, i was asked if i wanted discount on my next shop. I completed the form thinking that i would have a voucher for my next shop but it appears i signed up for shoppers discount and they deduct £10 per month. This has happened since 2010! I thought it was something my husband was buying as i did notice it on my bank statement. Can't believe this can happen without setting up a direct debit from my account. I phoned to complain and they offered me reimbursement of £60 which i accepted (stating that this would just be for the time being) - they said would go straight back into my account), but this has not happened yet.
