unauthorized debits from my bank account

Shopperdisc.co.uk has been debiting 10.00 pounds per month from my bank account without my authorization

has been taking money out of my mums account

My mum Mrs Maureen Rex is an eldly lady who is partly blind and has never signed up to join shopperdisc.co.uk .
But has had six payments of £15 pounds taken out of her account which adds up to ninety pounds .
