Unauthorised charges

I have been charged £10.00 from my credit card and have never purchased anything from them.

fraud

I have just noticed that shopperdisc has been taking £10.00 a month for god knows how long when you try to phone all you get is a message saying they have an emergency situation and to phone again at a later date.
