Hi,

Recently my wife complained about a fix £10 charge on her a/c. and as I looked into the transaction history of hers I was shocked to see that she's been charged a £10 membership fee since august 2012 on her a/c from shopperdisc.co.uk.

She doesn't remember subscribing to this but after noticing her email a/c. she have some membership confirmation on her email address in 2012 July, and a couple of more emails from the shopperdiscount customer service in the year 2012 and 2013.

Still she doesn't remember subscribing them, let alone using their service and now looking at the statement she's charged around £240 on her a/c. so far.

I've cancelled her subscription using the credentials from the old email now. Could someone help / guide us as we are looking to get a refund for this amount as we have not used this service and only realized recently that this much amount has been charged off our accounts.
